Interesting. I should mention this suddenly stopped happening about a month or so ago. I'm not really sure why. I do NOT have multi-touch disabled. Maybe a newer version I'd installed since then fixed the issue. I'm currently running: 4.6.1

I've had similar issues with this as well, which is why I have requested the ability to delete a word by holding shift and pressing backspace. That's a pretty cool idea too but us.
