I think an easy way to do it might be an online "kitchen" type experience, where users specify their colors and parameters, and the site generates a zip file for them to download. Similar to gIMpSTa's HTC_IME mod theme kitchen

We don't have a way to do it yet; themeing the key popups is the last thing left to be themeable.

Could we have an option to also enable hearing a sound when pressing on a word in the prediction bar? I like the Sound on keypress as an audio feedback to make sure I pressed a key, but it seems odd whenever I press a word in the prediction bar and no sound is made; it breaks the feedback experience...
