I like how swype works. But hate the look and it's lack of options.
I love smartkeyboard as its so customizable and is quick.
So combining the two will make it the best keyboard around!

Can you not track the amount of downloads? Yes but that's not enough; Google Analytics gives you the time spent on a page, the navigation path between the pages, etc. Morevover, once someone has downloaded the PDF, he will not return to the web site. I might start to create a user guide. Create it in word with screenshots and links to sections and save as PDF. Doesn't sound hard but is really time consuming...

As you have less than 1% users look at the guide, I personally don't think it's worth investing in BUT you do need a good up to date guide. By any chance do you know what feature a lot of people ask help with? This might help so you can improve that section of the description for that feature within...

It doesn't have to be a new app, if it has to be call it Smarter Keyboard? =P It should be possible to integrate the feature. HTC Has there own now called 'Trace'. And it kinda sucks.
